➡️ Providing information about class schedules;
➡️ Assisting students in submitting applications for retaking courses;
➡️ Providing students with information about current, midterm, and final exams;
➡️ Issuing summons documents for part-time and distance-learning students;
➡️ Issuing academic certificates and transcripts;
➡️ Providing students with exam schedules;
➡️ Assisting with applications for transfer and reinstatement of studies;
➡️ Issuing student ID cards and dormitory residence certificates;
➡️ Providing students with GPA statements;
➡️ Assisting students in resetting their passwords;
➡️ Helping students obtain medical insurance;
➡️ Providing consultations on admissions and transfers;
➡️ Providing information about various services and resources available at the university;
➡️ Identifying academically at-risk students and working with them;
➡️ Assisting students in applying for dormitory accommodations;
➡️ Entering and retrieving information about employed graduates;
➡️ Determining, calculating, and providing tuition fee amounts;
➡️ Setting and confirming reassessment fees for academically at-risk students.
