Experience from China – A Step Towards Enhancing the Capacity of Teaching Staff!

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with Shenyang Normal University in China, is implementing a project titled “Enhancing Staff Capacity in the Preschool and School Education System.”

Within the framework of this project, Diana Khaydarovna Yakubova, a lecturer at the Department of Preschool Education and Natural Sciences of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, participated in the “Preschool Education Camp.”

During the program, theoretical and practical sessions were held on topics such as “Ways to integrate China’s preschool education with traditional culture,” “Sand therapy,” “Chinese folk music,” and “Application of traditional culture in preschool education.” An excursion was also organized to historical sites in the city of Shenyang. At the end of the program, all participants received special certificates from Shenyang Normal University.

Such international projects contribute to enhancing pedagogical capacity, learning advanced practices, and applying them in real-world educational contexts.
