AT THIS VERY MOMENT, AT UrSPI, TRAINING SESSIONS HAVE STARTED FOR SCHOOL LEADERS AND TEACHING STAFF OF THE REGION’S GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS ON THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW ASSESSMENT SYSTEM.

At UrSPI, training sessions have started for principals and teaching staff of general secondary schools in the region on the proper implementation of the new assessment system.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Rector of the Institute, Feruza Madraximova, Deputy Head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of Khorezm Region, Tursunbek Nurmetov, Head of the Department of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence and International Assessment, Umida Nuriyeva, as well as several other officials.

This event is being held in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 8, 2025, No. 276, “On organizing training sessions for the implementation of the new system of teaching and knowledge assessment.”

Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, the new system of teaching and assessment will be introduced in 3,000 general secondary schools across the republic, including 350 schools in Khorezm Region.

For principals and teaching staff of general secondary schools where the new assessment system is being introduced, specialized training sessions have been planned. The purpose of today’s training at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute is to enhance the knowledge and skills of school leaders and teachers in the proper implementation of the new assessment system.
