RECTOR'S PLATFORM MEETING ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION

Feruza Madrahimova Ruzimboyevna, the rector of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, met with the institute's vice-rectors, heads of departments, and professors to discuss achievements made during the 2022-2023 academic year, as well as errors and shortcomings encountered during the work process. She also provided recommendations on how to better prepare for the upcoming academic year.

      During the meeting, the main focus was on the importance of education and its relationship to character development. The rector emphasized the need to improve the institute's scientific capabilities, train qualified pedagogical personnel who can compete internationally, publish articles in prestigious scientific journals, and establish a reputation in the national and international arenas.

      The heads of departments described the most important scientific indicators and presented their findings on the monitoring of teachers' teaching skills.

Clarity, scientific rigor, debate and analysis, and recommendations will undoubtedly yield fruitful results!
