A ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON THE TOPIC “OFFICIAL EMPLOYMENT AND ITS ADVANTAGES” WAS HELD AT URGANCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE.

A roundtable discussion on the topic “Official Employment and Its Advantages” was organized at Urganch State Pedagogical Institute.

The main purpose of this meeting was to provide students with information about youth employment, labor rights and obligations, ongoing reforms, and available opportunities.

During the meeting, the institute’s legal consultant, I. Ataniyazov, explained that employment issues are primarily social in nature, as they focus on the individual, their interests, and their needs in the field of labor. He also provided students with detailed explanations about labor rights and responsibilities.
