A MEETING WAS HELD AT UrSPI WITH REGIONAL OFFICIALS TO DISCUSS GRADUATES’ EMPLOYMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Today, a meeting was held with graduates of Urgench District in accordance with the action plan approved by Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, the Khorezm Regional Administration, the Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, and the Regional Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment. The meeting focused on ensuring employment for graduates of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute in the 2026–2027 academic year, encouraging them to engage in entrepreneurship, and providing explanations regarding preferential loans allocated under the “Kelajakka qadam” (“Step into the Future”) programme.

Particular attention was paid to introducing graduates to vacant positions suited to their specialisations, studying the demand of educational institutions for teaching staff, and strengthening cooperation with employers. The importance of effectively organising practical training to improve graduates’ professional preparedness and expand their employment opportunities was also emphasised.

During the meeting, graduates’ suggestions and questions were heard, and relevant recommendations and explanations were provided.
