A MEETING WAS HELD AT URGENCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF REGIONAL OFFICIALS TO PROMOTE GRADUATES’ EMPLOYMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Today, a meeting was held with graduates of Khiva District in accordance with the action plan approved jointly by the Khorezm Regional Administration, the Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, the Regional Main Department of Poverty Reduction and Employment, and Urgench State Pedagogical Institute. The plan focuses on ensuring employment for graduates of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute for the 2026–2027 academic year, guiding them towards entrepreneurship, and providing information about preferential loans allocated under the “Step into the Future” programme.

In particular, attention was given to familiarizing graduates with available job vacancies relevant to their specializations, studying the demand of educational institutions for teaching staff, and strengthening cooperation with employers. The importance of effectively organizing practical training to improve graduates’ professional preparedness and expand their employment opportunities was also emphasized.

During the meeting, graduates’ suggestions and questions were heard, and relevant recommendations and explanations were provided.
