A memorandum was signed between the Urgench State Pedagogical Institute and the Istanbul University of Turkey, which ranks 711 in the world according to the QS Rating.

A memorandum aimed at strengthening cooperation in the scientific, educational, spiritual and educational spheres was signed between the two higher educational institutions. In particular, the memorandum covers a number of issues such as academic information and materials, as well as the exchange of pedagogues and students, conducting joint scientific projects and internships, establishing other scientific cooperation based on mutual agreement.
