MEMORANDUM ON SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION SIGNED BETWEEN URGENCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE AND TATISCHEV ASTRAKHAN STATE UNIVERSITY

The Memorandum was signed by the Rector of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University" ("V.N. Tatishchev ASU") K.A. Markelovsky and the Rector of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute J.R. Yarmetov.
 The subject of this memorandum is to establish cooperation between the parties in the field of scientific education in mutually beneficial directions.
 The purpose of the memorandum is to establish, expand, develop and strengthen the relations of the parties through the use of various forms of cooperation.
 In order to implement this memorandum, the parties have identified the following areas of cooperation:
 - academic exchange of scientific and pedagogical personnel, students and graduate students;
 - conduct research and development work in the relevant fields;
 - exchange of scientific information and providing access to scientific centers and research laboratories of the parties.
 Implementation of the provisions of this Memorandum does not oblige the parties to allocate monetary and material resources.  Each of the parties guarantees that it will not discover or assume any obligations or restrictions that may prevent it from fulfilling its obligations under this Memorandum, except for restrictions expressly established by the legal documents of the parties.
 The Parties may amend and supplement this Memorandum by signing additional agreements.
 This Memorandum is drawn up in two copies in the Russian language and shall have equal legal force.
 This Memorandum shall come into force from the date of signing and shall be valid for five years with the right of automatic extension for the next five years, unless either party expresses a desire to terminate this Memorandum and notifies the other party. of this.
