Azerbaijan University, Head of the Department of Political Sciences, Elvin Talishinsky and Associate Professor of the Department of Political Sciences, Dr. Farahila Babayeva-Shukurova of the University of Dublin, Spain, gave an online lecture through the Zoom program. The topic was called as "Issues of Spiritual Education in Central Asia in the Early Middle Ages". The lecture was given to the students of group 221-222, "National idea, foundations of spirituality and legal education", Faculty of Philology and Arts, Urganch State Pedagogical Institute.
Anvar Niyozmetov, the deputy dean of Academic affairs of UrDPI, PhD. Marg'uba Matquliyeva, PhD Umar Khojamurodov and teachers of the department also participated in the lecture and expressed their opinions.
Special attention was paid to the issue of spiritual education formed in Central Asia and the influence of hadiths and the Holy Qur'an on spirituality and the education of today's young generation.
The topic "Issues of spiritual education in Central Asia in the early Middle Ages" was very well explained, the lecture made a great impression on everyone.
