UrSPI ORGANIZED A MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES ON THE OCCASION OF NEWYEAR.

UrSPI organized a motivational training with the participation of employees on the occasion of NewYear. 

Today, December 28, psychologists of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute M.Sa'dullayeva and M.Nazarova organized a psychological motivational seminar-training with the participation of employees on the topic "Opening up to new opportunities in the new year at work" on the eve of the New Year. 

The purpose of the training is to encourage employees to develop personally and professionally and open up new opportunities as they enter the new year, to improve their cooperation and coordination skills in teamwork. The seminar demonstrated psychological methods for achieving goals together through working in groups. 

At the end of the training, gifts were exchanged to further enhance the friendly atmosphere, and a festive cake was made, reflecting team cohesion.
