Today, on September 5, a psychological training session titled “Life is Beautiful Because…” was conducted at the Faculty of Primary Education of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute by the psychologist of the Academic Lyceum established under the institute. The training aimed to provide motivation and positive energy to professors, teachers, and students. During the session, several engaging and interactive activities were organized to strengthen self-confidence in achieving goals, including a mood-lifting exercise called “I Wish You…” and other interesting trainings such as “Sweet Chess.”
