Respect for Teachers – A Noble Value of Our Society

On September 27, a festive event dedicated to “Teachers and Mentors Day” was held at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

The event was opened by the rector of the institute, Feruza Madraximova. At the beginning of the ceremony, academic staff who had received scientific degrees and titles approved by the Higher Attestation Commission were recognized. Additionally, a group of teachers who have significantly contributed to the development of education and science were awarded the honorary title of "Distinguished Professor" of the institute, while another group of professors and lecturers received certificates and commemorative gifts.

The event featured cultural performances, musical numbers, and especially the debut performance of the UrSPI Youth Anthem, which brought a festive atmosphere to the audience.
