A SEMINAR-TRAINING ON PUBLISHING ARTICLES IN THE INTERNATIONAL DATABASES "SCOPUS" AND "WEB OF SCIENCE" WAS HELD AT UrSPI.

A seminar-training on publishing articles in the international databases “Scopus” and “Web of Science” was held at UrSPI.

The seminar-training was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences Hikmatjon Matyokubov and Professor of Inha University Farrukh Atamuratov, who gave their reports, provided detailed information on the processes, requirements, and practical experiences of publishing articles in international scientific journals.

This training was organized to ensure the implementation of the tasks set forth in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-73 “On Measures to Further Improve the System of Teacher Training” dated April 28, 2025, to ensure the publication of scientific articles by professors and teachers, increase their citation indicators, and improve the international rating of the institute.

During the training, the participants were given recommendations on the methodological aspects of preparing scientific articles, the procedure for submitting them to prestigious journals, and the development of author profiles.
