A webinar was held with Dr. Erni M.Hum from Riau University in Indonesia, and it was agreed that she would provide education to students at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute during the September-December months of the 2023-2024 academic year.

Dr. Erni M.Hum is a lecturer for the English Study Program and a doctoral candidate in the Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) program at Malaysia's National University from 2011-2017. The head of the research, innovation, and academic staff development sector at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, Egambergan Khudoynazarov, and the head of the international relations department at the institute, Jaloladdin Sa'dullayev, along with Surayyo Atajanova, a teacher at Urgench State University, organized the meeting and discussed mutual cooperation.

The focus of the partnership is mainly on teaching English, with plans to expand into other areas in the future. During the meeting, ideas were shared about Dr. Erni M.Hum providing education to students at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute during the September-December months of the 2023-2024 academic year.

The meeting also addressed issues such as increasing the scientific capabilities of both institutions through collaboration, publishing scientific works together, and writing articles.
