UrSPI Representatives Participated in the International “Cambridge Day Uzbekistan – 2025” Conference Held in Bukhara
Today, the city of Bukhara hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Cambridge Day Uzbekistan 2025”, organized in cooperation between Edu Press and Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
This prestigious event brought together leading educators, heads of educational institutions, and linguistics experts from Uzbekistan and neighboring countries to discuss modern teaching approaches, integrated learning and assessment systems, as well as best practices related to Cambridge English qualification exams.
The Urganch State Pedagogical Institute (UrSPI) was represented by Associate Professor Nargiza Masharipova, Head of the Department of Foreign Philology, and Senior Lecturer, PhD Gulbahor Eshchanova, who participated in sessions titled “Integrated Learning and Assessment – The Cambridge Ecosystem” and “A Cambridge Approach to Education Reform.”
During the conference, international experts from Cambridge University Press & Assessment — Steve King, Anil Bayir, Charles Stewart, and Darren Perrett — delivered presentations on innovative methods of English language teaching and assessment, new approaches to teacher professional development, and the effective use of digital platforms.
