18 NOVEMBER – THE DAY THE STATE FLAG OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN WAS ADOPTED!


18 November – The Day the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan Was Adopted!

On the occasion of this date, a spiritual-educational event titled “The Flag of My Homeland” was held at the initiative of the Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences of the Urganch State Pedagogical Institute.

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Spiritual and Educational Affairs, U. Khojamuratov, who spoke about the history of the creation of our State Flag, the meanings embodied in its colors and symbols, and its significance as a symbol of our independence.

L. Saparbayev, an employee of the Khorezm Regional Prosecutor’s Office who attended the event, shared his thoughts on the historical importance of the State Flag, its symbolism of independence, freedom, and peace, as well as its role in fostering national pride among the youth.

During the event, the students added a special atmosphere to the celebration with their stage performances and artistic presentations.
