A PORTION OF THE TUITION FEE FOR CERTAIN STUDENTS WILL BE COVERED.

A portion of the tuition fees of certain young people will be covered.

The Presidential Decree “On further improving the system of providing social assistance through the ‘Youth Register’ funds” (No. PF–222, dated 20.11.2025) has been adopted.

According to the decree, starting from February 1, 2026, young people from families included in the Low-Income Families Register will be granted the following benefits:

• Free service in the mobilization call-up reserve will be introduced, and the subsidy allocation system for this purpose will be canceled.

• Through the “Youth Register” funds:

– Subsidies will be provided to cover the costs of driver training courses for obtaining driving licenses of categories “A”, “B”, “D”, and “DE”.

– Up to 50% of the tuition fee for students of vocational and higher education institutions will be paid based on the fulfillment of the conditions of the social contract, and the amount must not exceed 50 times the BHM (base calculation amount) per academic year.

• The same individual may receive various types of social assistance no more than twice within one year.
