TODAY, OUR COUNTRY IS WIDELY CELEBRATING AN IMPORTANT DATE IN OUR NATIONAL HISTORY — THE 33RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE ADOPTION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN. THIS BLESSED HOLIDAY IS A STRONG SYMBOL OF THE PATH CHOSEN BY OUR PEOPLE — INDEPENDENCE, JUSTICE, AND THE ELEVATION OF HUMAN DIGNITY.

Today, our country is widely celebrating an important date in our national history — the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This blessed holiday is a lasting symbol of the path chosen by our people — the path of independence, justice, and the elevation of human dignity.

On the day our Constitution was adopted, our people linked their future with progress based on freedom, the rule of law, and democratic values. This document, as the Basic Law of our country, has been ensuring stability, peace, and prosperity.

The adoption of the new edition of our Constitution in 2023 marked the beginning of a new stage in the development of our nation. The principle “Human – Society – State” was placed at the forefront, opening even greater opportunities for our people.

Our Basic Law is not only a requirement of the present but also a reliable program serving the interests of future generations and the building of a democratic society. It plays an important role in strengthening transparency, responsibility, and civic engagement in state and social development.

On this great holiday, I sincerely congratulate all our compatriots who are working with dedication to ensure the rule of law, protect human rights and freedoms, advance education and upbringing, and contribute to the development of our country.

May peace, tranquility, and unity prevail in our homeland. May the spirit and principles of our Constitution serve as a source of justice, opportunity, and progress in the life of every citizen!
