TODAY, AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE WAS HELD AT UrSPI ON THE TOPIC: “IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION BASED ON GLOBAL AND NATIONAL STANDARDS: OPPORTUNITIES AND RISKS.”


Today, an international scientific and practical conference titled
“Implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies in Education Based on Global and National Standards: Opportunities and Risks” was held at UrSPI.

The conference was organized to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-60 dated January 28, 2022, “On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026,” particularly aimed at developing innovative approaches in the fields of digital economy, science, and education, as well as expanding scientific research in artificial intelligence.

The conference was opened with an introductory speech by the Rector of UrSPI, Feruza Madraximova.

Among the speakers were Nigora Kutlimuratova, Deputy Hokim of Khorezm Region; Ixtiyor Saidov, Director of the Jaloliddin Manguberdi Military-Academic Lyceum; Sudeif Imamverdiyev, Chairman of the Turkish Elders Union (TAİB); Nagif Hamzayev, Member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Neslixan Köşe, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy at Bartin University (Turkey); Ferahila Babayeva, Senior Researcher of the Department of International Relations and Geopolitics at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences; Ulfiya Jafarova, Professor at Azerbaijan Medical University; Sergey Sidorov, Associate Professor at the International Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation; as well as other scholars.

The conference brought together local and international scholars, industry specialists, and faculty members who exchanged views on current issues, opportunities, and potential risks related to the implementation of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the educational process.
