First of all, I sincerely congratulate you on March 8 – International Women’s Day.

This auspicious date is another vivid expression of respect and appreciation for women who play an  important role in the life of our society and who work selflessly in the pursuit of  knowledge, education, and  upbringing. A woman is not only the foundation of the family but also an  important factor in the development of society, the spiritual environment, and  the growth of the younger generation.

Today in our country, broad opportunities are being created to ensure the rights and interests of  women, to support their education, to enable them  to realize their professional potential, and to encourage their active participation in science and various spheres of social life. All this contributes to further strengthening the role and prestige of women in society.

At Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, the participation of women  in scientific, pedagogical, and organizational activities deserves special recognition. The women scholars and teachers who work effectively at our institute, our dedicated female staff members, and our female students striving for knowledge play an important role in enriching the intellectual potential and spiritual environment of our educational institution.
