At UrSPI, a presentation of the novella “The Germans of Khorezm” by renowned writer Nur Ahmad was held
Today, on April 4, a presentation of the documentary-fiction novella “The Germans of Khorezm,” written by Nur Ahmad, a member of the Writers’ Union of Uzbekistan and a well-known author, was held at Urganch State Pedagogical Institute. The work is particularly noteworthy as it has been published in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
During the presentation, students received detailed insights into the lives, lifestyles, and adaptation processes of people of German origin who settled in the Khorezm region, as depicted in the work. The inclusion of accurate information about historical figures and families significantly enhances the scientific and artistic value of the novella.
A copy of the book, signed by the author, was donated to the institute’s Information Resource Center.
The event was held in a warm and sincere atmosphere with the participation of the author. Students received comprehensive answers to their questions, and an open dialogue was organized.
