InnoWeek. Uz-2022

As part of the "InnoWeek. Uz-2022" international week of innovative ideas, on October 18, 2022, the "First International Forum on Scientific and Innovative Activities of Universities" was held in the building of the Ministry of Innovative Development. The rector of our institute, Jumanazar Yarmetov, also participated.

In the framework of the week, a presentation of innovative projects was held, demonstrating the results of the work on the introduction of high technologies, scientific potential and innovative ideas.

More than 50 thousand participants, 723 organizations, 316 guests from 108 countries of the world took part in the weekly event held for 4 years. Investment contracts worth more than 500 million dollars were concluded as a result of negotiations with foreign colleagues.

On the first day of the week, the Minister of Innovative Development of Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. held a discussion with Kentaro Hosomi, the company's executive vice president, general director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

A panel discussion "Green innovations for sustainable development" is being held as part of the international innovative ideas week "InnoWeek. Uz-2022".
