DEPUTY MINISTER IN KHOREZM: THE PREPAREDNESS OF SUMMER CAMPS FOR THE SEASON WAS REVIEWED

Deputy Minister in Khorezm: the preparedness of summer camps for the season was reviewed

Today, as part of his visit to the Khorezm region, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation O‘ktam Salomov, accompanied by Acting Rector of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute Diyorjon Abdullayev, conducted an inspection at the “Pahlavon” children’s health camp in Yangibozor district in order to ensure meaningful summer recreation for children and provide them with safe and comfortable conditions for отдых.

For information, this camp, organized on the basis of Boarding School No. 10 under the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions, has a capacity of 250 places and accommodates 140 children during one season.

During the inspection, the camp’s material and technical base, the conditions created for children, and the security system were thoroughly reviewed. In particular, roads and communication networks were repaired, while dormitories, the cafeteria, swimming pools, and sports grounds were prepared for use. In addition, medical rooms were equipped with the necessary supplies, the library collection was expanded, and lighting as well as fire safety systems throughout the camp area were improved.
