ISSUES RELATED TO CONDUCTING THE NATIONWIDE EMPLOYER SURVEY WERE DISCUSSED

Issues Related to Conducting the Nationwide Employer Survey Were Discussed

Responsible staff members of Urganch State Pedagogical Institute participated in a meeting held at Urganch State University under the leadership of Raxmatjon Ro‘zmetov, a responsible official of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, with the participation of representatives of higher education institutions in Khorezm Region.

During the meeting, within the framework of implementing the tasks defined by Decree No. PF-76 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 5, 2025, issues related to the organization and implementation of the Nationwide Employer Survey were discussed. Particular attention was paid to assessing the knowledge and skills of graduates of educational institutions, studying their compliance with the current requirements of the labor market, and identifying employers’ opinions and feedback.

In order to ensure the implementation of this assignment, a practical survey on the professional activities of a student of Urganch State Pedagogical Institute was conducted at General Secondary School No. 31 in Urganch District.

During the survey, interviews were conducted with the employer and the student working at the educational institution. The student’s professional knowledge and skills, ability to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during education in practical activities, as well as the employer’s feedback were assessed.

In addition, particular attention was paid to ensuring the quality of the survey, establishing effective cooperation with employers, and analyzing the results obtained.

This process plays an important role in assessing the quality of education and the effectiveness of personnel training, identifying the professional competencies of students and graduates, and further aligning the educational process with the requirements of the labor market.
