A SEMINAR-TRAINING ON USING INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH DATABASES WAS HELD

In implementation of the tasks set out in the “Action Program for the Development of the Teacher Training System,” approved by Decree No. PF-73 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 28, 2025, “On Measures to Further Improve the Teacher Training System,” as well as Order No. 314 of the Minister of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 27, 2025.

Today, a seminar-training on “Registration, System Access and Use of International Scientific Research Databases” was held at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

The seminar-training was conducted by Shuhrat Khudayberganov, Dean of the Higher School of Pedagogy of Exact Sciences and Associate Professor, and Norbek Bekchanov, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological Sciences.

During the training, detailed information was provided on the requirements for publishing scientific articles in the Scopus and Web of Science international databases, editorial standards, publication ethics, registration in international scientific databases, system access, and effective use of these platforms.

The specialists also shared their experience and provided comprehensive answers to the participants’ questions on the topic.
