Every Appeal Matters, Every Issue Moves Toward a Solution!

Another off-site reception was held for students residing in the student dormitory, with the participation of Diyorjon Abdullayev, Acting Rector of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute.

During the reception, students’ appeals, suggestions, and initiatives concerning their education and living conditions were heard. Particular attention was paid to identifying and resolving students’ problems in a timely manner and strengthening ongoing communication with them.

Each appeal was thoroughly reviewed, and detailed explanations were provided in accordance with current legislation and established procedures. Issues that could be resolved on the spot received positive solutions. Relevant instructions were given to the responsible officials regarding appeals requiring further examination.
