INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

As we reported earlier, the president of Dongshin University of the Republic of South Korea, Lee Joo Hee, visited our institution with his entourage. Today, an exhibition and cultural event reflecting the friendship between South Korea and Uzbekistan was organized for guests at Urgench State University. Under the leadership of the rector of the Urganch State Pedagogical Institute, Jumanazar Yarmetov, the management of the institute also visited the university and took an active part. Especially, Lee Joo Hee, president of Dongshin University, who could not hide her excitement and tears when she was presented with her portrait, was forever etched in the memory of not only her, but everyone. The event was full of poems, songs and figurative performances that showed the unity and nationalism of the Uzbek and Korean nations and left a great impression on everyone. In particular, the public speaking contest, which was held among students and the winners were determined and awarded according to the conclusions of the jury, served to reveal another side of Uzbekistan's students to the guests, and caused their special recognition. 

We wish Urganch State Pedagogical Institute to further international cooperation!!!
