AT THE URGANCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE, THE HEAD OF THE "UZBEK AND RUSSIAN LITERATURE" DEPARTMENT OF THE FACULTY OF PHILOLOGY AND HISTORY, MARGUBA MATKULIYEVA, HELD AN OPEN LECTURE ON THE SUBJECT OF "IDEOLOGICAL-ARTISTIC FEATURES OF HEROIC AND ROMANIC EPICS" FROM THE SUBJECT OF UZBEK FOLKLORE. .

In addition to getting theoretical information about folk epics, including the epics of the "Gorogli" series, the students also got acquainted with the art of Khorezm bakhshi and the activities of famous folk bakhshis.

The winner of Central Asia, Azerbaijan, Kavkazorti bakhsh-ojan festival, member of Azerbaijan bakhsh union, a member of folk bakhsh of Uzbekistan Yetmishboy Abdullayev listened to samples from his repertoire.

Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor San'at Sariyev and Candidate of Philological Sciences Gavhar Eshchanova also expressed their opinions on the topic.
