YESTERDAY, THE DELEGATION OF OUR INSTITUTE VISITED THE CENTRAL SCIENTIFIC LIBRARY OF AZERBAIJAN AND GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE BOOK FUND THERE

As we inform you, the representatives of Urganch State Pedagogical Institute under the leadership of Feruza Madrakhimova, rector, are currently on a business trip to Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Yesterday, the delegation of our institute visited the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan and got acquainted with the book fund there.

Mamed Aliyev, the general director of the library, welcomed the representatives of the institute and introduced them to the activity of the place. Today, the library has a fund of more than one and a half million books, including literature on the history of Uzbekistan, as well as books in the Uzbek language.

At the end of the visit, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Urganch State Pedagogical Institute and the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan. Now professors and teachers of our institute and doctoral students, researchers and students can use this library fund for scientific research.
