On February 8, 2023, at the Urganch State Pedagogical Institute, the Women and Girls Advisory Council held a round on the topic "The role of women and girls in the development of science" dedicated to February 11 - "International Day of Women and Girls in the Field of Science" interview was organized.
At the event, Gavhar Ibodullayeva, head of the Khorezm region branch of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, honored cultural worker of Uzbekistan, leader of the Khorezm region "Smart Women" movement, and associate professor of the "History" department of Urganch State University, chairman of the university's Women's Advisory Council, Shoira Nurullayeva, a member of the "Smart Women" movement of Khorezm region, participated with their reports.
At the roundtable discussion, the chairman of the Women's Advisory Council of our institute, Anorgul Atajonova, Marguba Matguliyeva, the dean's adviser on women's issues of the faculty of philology and art, Z. Askarova, the dean's adviser on women's issues of the faculty of pedagogy, and other professors and teachers, students and young people also participated.
In a round-table discussion organized in the style of sincere, open dialogue, the head of the Khorezm regional branch of the Writers' Union, Gavhar Ibodullayeva, spoke about how a great name in the society - the so-called AYOL - is a woman with a delicate heart, but a strong breed of text. As the poet excitedly spoke about her life experience and the paths of her life, the wave in the heart of the artist stirred other seas of the soul as well. The poet explained to the youth that science is the salvation of the nation, the role of a knowledgeable person in society, and the importance of science.
For information, it should be said that Gavhar Ibodullayeva demonstrated her deep knowledge and talent during her teaching career and received the status of "Senior teacher" and "High-class teacher" of the Ministry of Public Education. The republic won the "Creative Teacher Conference" and was awarded the "Creative Teacher" and "Excellence of Public Education" badges. He was also awarded a number of state awards, in particular, the "Fame" medal, "Sign of Uzbekistan", "Respect of the Country", "20th Anniversary of Independence" badge, "Honored Cultural Worker of Uzbekistan".
Shoira Nurullayeva, associate professor of the "History" department of Urganch State University, chairwoman of the women's advisory council of the university, also spoke, and the scientist shared her life experience with the young people, whose eyes were burning and listening to the words of the guests with their ears. . Our teacher's words of praise about not only becoming a scientist, the difficulties in the path of knowledge, and most importantly, the status of being a teacher left a great impression on everyone.
