IN UrSPI, A LITERARY AND ARTISTIC NIGHT WAS ORGANIZED, DEDICATED TO THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF THE AJINIYOZ KOSIBOY OGLI.

Today, on October 28, to ensure the implementation of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan DP-258 of July 16, 2024, Urgench State Pedagogical Institute organized a literary and artistic night dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Karakalpak poet and thinker Ajiniyoz Kosiboy ogli where students of the Uzbek language and literature direction participated.

The first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs U. Xojamuratov opened the event with an introduction, noting that the 200th anniversary of the birth of Ajiniyoz Khosiboy is widely celebrated in our country, the celebration of the poet's birth date is included in the program of the UNESCO International Organization.

Samples of masterpieces of poet poems were read by students and artistic performances on the life of The Thinker were presented at the event. Dances performed by students of Karakalpak national culture served to make the event more lively. At the end of the event, active students were awarded.
