THE 7TH MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE URGANCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE WAS HELD

    The Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Jumanazar Yarmetov, the Rector of the Institute, and the university's current activities, scientific, spiritual and educational processes, especially international cooperation, were specially recognized, and responsible people, as well as professors, were given more responsibility. Opinions on continuing the activity were expressed with deep feelings.
    At the council meeting, reports and information were heard on the following issues on the agenda:
1. Political information: About the format of the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. (Information by U. Khojamurodov)
2. About the activity of the Institute's Information Resource Center. (Report by G. Samaddar)
3. About the works being carried out in the institute to fight against negative consequences among students. (information from D. Khudovberganov)
4. On the organization of student internships at the institute. (Information by K. Siddikov)
    It should be noted separately that the Council was established in an expanded manner and on the basis of more than 60,000 proposals, Article 37 of the draft Constitution was re-edited on employment in state institutions, Article 44 on forced labor, Article 49 on environmental rights, Article 50 on inclusiveness. Opinions were expressed about Article 51 on higher education, Article 52 on the teaching profession, and Article 53 on intellectual property.
    Also, various issues were discussed, suggestions and comments were made regarding existing issues and problems.
