The Uzbekistan–UK Education Forum 2025 was held in London
On May 15–16, the third Uzbekistan–UK Education Forum was held in London, aimed at strengthening partnerships in the field of higher education between Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Otabek Mahkamov; Director of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education Adham Khudoykulov; Deputy Director of the National Agency for Social Protection Usmon Sharifkhojaev; heads of higher education institutions, researchers, education policy experts, as well as representatives from the UK academic community, relevant organizations, and universities.
Over the course of two days, forum participants discussed key priority areas for the development of higher education in Uzbekistan, the UK, and internationally. Topics included national education policy, innovative practices and institutional cooperation, collaboration between universities and industry, increasing graduate employment, driving sustainable changes in the education environment, and expanding inclusive higher education within the framework of international cooperation.
