Now you have the opportunity to obtain diplomas from both Urgench State Pedagogical Institute and Glazov State Engineering Pedagogical University (Russia)!

Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 academic year under a joint bachelor's degree program between Urgench State Pedagogical Institute and V.G. Korolenko Glazov State Engineering Pedagogical University (Russian Federation).

Graduates of this program will receive diplomas from both Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.

Fields of Study:

1. Primary Education

2. Native Language and Literature: Russian Language – Philological Education (Russian)

3. Foreign Language and Literature: English Language – Philological Education (English)

Structure of the Study Program:

• 1st and 4th years — at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute

• 2nd and 3rd years — remote learning provided by Glazov State Engineering Pedagogical University, conducted in Urgench

Entrance Exams:

1. Specialized subject exam — conducted by Glazov State Engineering Pedagogical University

2. Russian language proficiency test — conducted by the State Testing Center

Admission Timeline:

• Until October 20 — document submission

• October 15–24 — entrance exams

• October 27 — announcement of results

• October 29 — deadline to submit original educational documents

• October 31 — official enrollment order issued
