BASED ON LETTER NO. 1 DATED JANUARY 10, 2026, OF THE INTERNATIONAL CREATIVE ORGANIZATION “NEW TALENTS,” THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION TITLED “INTERNATIONAL STARS OF THE YEAR” IN THE FIELDS OF MUSIC AND ART WILL BE HELD IN TASHKENT FROM JANUARY 25 TO 27 OF

Based on Letter No. 1 dated January 10, 2026, of the International Creative Organization “New Talents,” the international competition titled “International Stars of the Year” in the fields of music and art will be held in Tashkent from January 25 to 27 of this year.

Participants are required to submit the following documents:

• participant application form (according to the provided template);

• one color creative photograph in electronic format;

• a copy of the birth certificate or passport;

• a list of works to be performed by the participant.

Participants are divided into the following age groups:
Group 1: ages 3–6
Group 2: ages 7–9
Group 3: ages 10–12
Group 4: ages 13–15
Group 5: ages 16–19
Group 6: ages 20–24
Group 7: ages 25–30
Group 8: ages 31–70
