A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION WAS SIGNED TODAY BETWEEN FERUZA MADRAKHIMOVA, RECTOR OF URGANCH STATE PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE, AND JAFAR JAFAROV, RECTOR OF AZERBAIJAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY, AS PART OF A BUSINESS TRIP TO THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

A memorandum of cooperation was signed today between Feruza Madrakhimova, Rector of Urganch State Pedagogical Institute, and Jafar Jafarov, Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, as part of a business trip to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
